Offering classes, workshops & coaching options for singers. We strive to create new programs and collaborations with experts in their fields. Our programs include performance technique coaching, singers' showcase productions, learning to record, social marketing seminars, CD pre-production, etc. We also offer graphic design services for the singing artist, performer and performing arts organizations.
- Singing with Style - Defining Yours. Linda Kosut & Jizel Music in collaboration with Cathi Walkup & Bird's Nest Jazz, work with you in this multi-week series dedicated to discovering your style of singing and enhancing your performance skills. Current series co-teacher/musical director, Benny Watson. Oakland.
- Introduction to CD Recording - a practicum. A hands-on introduction to recording a CD; learn studio technique & lingo; walk away with a 2-song demo CD. Classes are held in San Francisco and Sebastopol.
- A performance workshop in the American Cabaret Style. An annual weekend workshop in Seattle in collaboration with Arnaldo! Drag Chanteuse and the Pacific Northwest Cabaret Association. Linda and Arnaldo are both recipients of Back Stage Magazine's prestigious BISTRO Award, which recognizes outstanding performances, accomplishments and contributions to the art of cabaret.
- Take the Mic, performance class. On-going monthly series of performance technique classes with occasional class concerts. Classes are held in San Francisco.
- One-on-one Coaching. Designed to address your specific goals - perhaps you're working on a show and want some individual coaching on a song or on the whole show concept; or if you are more comfortable working on your material privately rather than in a group master class setting.
